Dental Implants
Implants are titanium devices that are surgically placed into the jaw to replace lost tooth roots. They provide crowns, bridges, and dentures with the ultimate support. Implants also provide the stimulation the jaw needs to prevent the bone deterioration that occurs with missing teeth. Our Montana dental practice offers traditional implants as well as All-on-4® implants.
All-on-4 Dental Implants
All-on-4 implants support a full denture on the upper or lower dental arch. They are a great option for patients who do not qualify for traditional implants due to bone loss. All-on-4 uses four strategically placed implants that derive maximum stability from the available bone tissue, often eliminating the need for grafting.
Dentures
Dentures are prosthetic devices that replace most or all missing teeth in one or both dental arches. Traditional dentures require adhesive to remain in place, while implant-supported dentures are secured directly to the jaw for optimal stability.
TMD Treatment
Inflamed temporomandibular joints (TMJs) can cause issues such as migraines, clicking jaw, ear pain, ringing in the ears, and much more. Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) are often undiagnosed and can cause extensive dental wear and other issues if left untreated. We can identify the cause of your TMD, and if we cannot provide a solution, we will refer you to a specialist.
Crowns
A crown is placed over a tooth that is cracked, chipped, or damaged. They are often used to restore teeth following root canal therapy. Dental crowns not only restore the appearance of the tooth, but also provide added strength to the tooth structure, restoring oral function. A crown supported by a dental implant can replace a single missing tooth from the roots to the chewing surface.
Bridges
A dental bridge consists of two crowns supporting an artificial tooth or teeth (called a pontics) between them. Bridges are often used to replace one to three consecutive missing teeth. Like dental crowns, bridges can also be supported by dental implants.

How Much Does Full Mouth Reconstruction Cost?
Because full mouth reconstruction is fully tailored to each patient's needs, it is impossible to determine an exact cost without an initial consultation. After your initial consultation, your dentist will develop a treatment plan, and we will be able to provide a detailed estimate of your treatment costs.
Affordable Financing Available
Most restorative treatments are covered by dental insurance. However this will vary by provider and plan. For those who do not have dental insurance, or for treatments that are not covered by insurance (such as dental implants), we accept CareCredit® and Lending Club® financing options. These lenders make full mouth reconstruction treatments affordable through low-interest and interest-free monthly payment plans.
How Long Does Treatment Take?
The treatment timeline is completely dependent on which procedures you need. Some can be done in just a few appointments, while others require more time. For example, dental implants must be given time to fuse to the jawbone in a process called osseointegration. This typically takes four to six months. Once your treatment plan is created, your dentist will be able to give you a better idea of your timeline.
What Is the Difference
Between Full Mouth Reconstruction
and a Smile Makeover?
A smile makeover is similar to a full mouth reconstruction in that it combines multiple procedures into a single treatment plan. However, a smile makeover is focused on the appearance of your smile, while full mouth reconstruction is focused on oral health and function. Depending on your goals and needs, full mouth reconstruction can incorporate elements of a smile makeover, and vice versa.
