Dr. Casagrande: Hi. I'm Dave Casagrande. Welcome to our practice. I started my office here in Billings, Montana, in 1982. And because I wanted to live in Montana, with a limited population, I decided I wanted to expose myself to a larger population by having satellite offices. I soon opened an office in western Montana and then one in northeastern Montana. Eventually, I ended up having a full-time satellite office in North Dakota, one in Boise, Idaho, and my main office here in Billings, Montana.
Tammie: What I was most impressed with Dr. Dave is his straightforwardness telling me my options. I could do this or this. He's concerned about me and my end results.
Dr. Casagrande: We like to be very direct. We like to be very honest, and patients really appreciate that.
Yvonne Casagrande: What makes the practice unique? In one word — Dave. Dave makes the practice unique. We have a lot of fun. We carry on. We laugh. We work hard, and the best thing is our staff becomes family, and our patients become friends. It's a unique practice.
Marvin: What makes this office unique is the small feel, and, you know, everybody knows who you are and what you're doing and what your condition is. And it's very pleasant to come to.
Dr. Casagrande: Many of our patients travel to us from a great distance. We have patients from as far away as Texas, Alaska, Minnesota, all over the United States as well as, of course, many Montana patients. Because of that, our office is set up in a very unique fashion. We have our own in-house lab. We can address their needs in a very efficient and expedited way.
In our office, I want our patients to feel respected and appreciated. I come from a very humble, blue-collar family, where working hard is very important. I respect how hard people work for their money, and it's incredibly important to me to provide the highest quality of care always at a fair value.
We are a fee-for-service office. We do not take insurance directly. We don't have the staff for tracking or, if you will, chasing those insurance claims. As a result, we can be much more fair in our treatment of fees to the patient, and we will always provide the patient with the documentation and the information they need to deal with their own insurance.
